Dhevesh Mewawalla

At Citi, he was employee number 11 of the Western Europe Commercial Bank. Starting his career in finance (FP&A), Dhevesh helped launch the business and commercial strategy across UK, Nordics, Benelux, Iberia & Italy. He went on to scale the Go-to-market division to 150+ in 6 years, while developing high performing teams and the talent strategy for the region.

At Alva Labs, a Swedish Series-A Recruitment Tech platform, Dhevesh led the International expansion bringing new business in 15 markets including marquee logos like Breitling & Amnesty International. He acquired critical expertise in B2B SaaS Sales, leadership psychology and bringing the best out of his teams.

He is strategic advisor to Tech4Good South West and an Advisor in Residence at SETSquared, Bristol. 

Dhevesh also launched OI in 2023, creating freedom of work in the UK for highly talented immigrants. Now a founder himself, he is deeply aware of the challenges in building a business from scratch.

 

With over 15 years of experience in Banking, B2B SaaS, and Non-Profit sectors across Europe and Asia, Dhevesh primarily works with Seed/Series-A companies struggling to nail Product Market Fit or new market expansion, supporting them as a Fractional Revenue/Commercial Leader. He’s one of the few people in the space that has a background in finance in addition to go-to-market leadership, and thinks deeply about building sustainable, profitable businesses over pure revenue growth.
