Our founders bring over 22 years of combined experience in the immigration space, having helped 100s of people. Antonia is an award winning UK High Net Worth immigration lawyer, while Dhevesh has close to a decade of lived experience as an immigrant, navigating through multiple visas and challenges.

A highly experienced immigration lawyer with a proven track record of assisting corporates and individuals when it comes to relocating or setting up in the UK, Antonia was voted the 3rd most influential immigration lawyer in the High Net Worth space in 2023.

Like her client base, she comes from a very international background having lived on four different continents and has a great deal of personal insight into the legal and practical obstacles that accompany international migration, along with passion to make a difference.

Dhevesh has worked in the UK for over 9 years on 5 different work visas, in highly sought after role across Banking, B2B SaaS and Social Impact. He's lived through the frustration of feeling restricted in his sponsored jobs, and was determined to find a solution. Launching OI has enabled him to build his own portfolio career, and he's deeply passionate about enabling freedom for people who have been through a similar journey to his own.
