At Citi, he was employee number 11 of the Western Europe Commercial Bank, helping launch the business and commercial strategy across UK, Nordics, Benelux, Iberia & Italy. Dhevesh helped scale the Go-to-market division to 150+ in 6 years, while developing high performing teams and the talent strategy for the region.

Expansion into 15 new markets in 10 months

At Alva Labs, he led the International expansion bringing new business in 15 markets, including marquee logos like Breitling & Amnesty International. He acquired critical expertise in B2B SaaS Sales, leadership psychology and bringing the best out of his teams.

Dhevesh launched OI in 2023, creating freedom of work in the UK for highly talented immigrants.

His recent projects as a Fractional Leader resulted in an early stage DEI focused organisation win a landmark tender for the NHS, and a PE-backed deep tech company open up strategic deals with J.P.Morgan and Bank of America.

Dhevesh is also strategic advisor to Tech4Good South West and an Advisor in Residence at SETSquared, Bristol.
