Having worked over 14 years in Banking, B2B SaaS and Non-Profit across Europe & Asia, Dhevesh Mewawalla specializes in helping fast growing organizations scale.
At Citi, he was employee number 11 of the Western Europe Commercial Bank, helping launch the business and commercial strategy across UK, Nordics, Benelux, Iberia & Italy; building teams and scaling the Go-to-market division to 150+ in 6 years, while building high performing teams and the talent strategy for the region.
At Alva Labs, he led the International expansion bringing new business in 15 markets, and acquired expertise in B2B SaaS Sales, leadership psychology and bringing the best out of his team.
His recent projects as a Fractional Leader resulted in an early stage DEI focused organisation win a landmark tender for the NHS, and a PE-backed deep tech company open up strategic deals with J.P.Morgan and Bank of America.
In addition, Dhevesh is also strategic advisor to Tech4Good South West and an Advisor in Residence at SETSquared, Bristol.

Like her client base, she comes from a very international background having lived on four different continents and has a great deal of personal insight into the legal and practical obstacles that accompany international migration.
